How much does shipping cost?

Shipping on any order is FREE! Your order ships to anywhere in the world via USPS First Class Mail. 

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.

Are these beads actually real stones?

YES! Every Kluster jewel is made with genuine semi-precious gemstones, including: amazonite, amethyst, aventurine, carnelian, jade, jasper, lapis lazuli, magnesite, onyx, pyrite, and quartz. These are real rocks, friends.

Are these jewels really made with sterling silver?

YES! Every pair of earrings and each necklace is made with only genuine sterling silver. We never use any base metals. We only use sterling silver because we make your jewels to last, and we'd never want you to have an allergic reaction to lesser metals.

How should I care for my jewels?

Gently clean your stones with a damp cloth or baby wipe. Gently clean your sterling silver clasps, extenders, and earwires with a silver polishing cloth.

Will these bracelets fit my wrist?

All bracelets are one size fits most. Our chunky bracelets have an 8" inch circumference. Our petite bracelets have a 7.5" circumference.

Not sure what size your wrist is? Wrap a piece of string or yarn around the largest part of your wrist, and mark it where it overlaps on your wrist. Then lay the string flat and measure with any ruler. Add 1/4" - 1" inch to your wrist size to find your ideal bracelet circumference size.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes, we do offer custom sizing. Just leave us a note at checkout, and we will create your custom-sized jewels, just for you. Please expect an extra 2-3 business days for shipment on custom requests.

What's your return policy?

We are happy to accept most unworn merchandise, with tags still attached, within ten (10) days of product delivery. If you have questions about your return, please email laura@klustershop.com.

Exceptions: Custom orders, bulk wholesale orders, and customized sets are not eligible for returns.

To Return Your Purchase: Please email laura@klustershop.com to let us know your return is on its way. Please include your full name, address, items being returned, and your reason for return. 

Package your return in a padded mailer (the more bubble wrap, the better), and mail it to the address below. We recommend that you purchase insurance and delivery confirmation on your return shipment. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
